Coconut husk, fibre processing, spinning and weaving have developed into established industries across the region. Our role is to connect that manufacturing capability with modern commercial applications and international customers.

Our Process
From husk to finished product.
Each stage of the supply chain has a clear purpose, from sourcing the raw material through production and export.

Sourcing the fibre
Coconut husk is collected and processed into natural coir fibre, preparing the raw material for commercial production.

Processing & weaving
Coir fibre is processed and woven according to required product specifications, including GSM, mesh and roll dimensions.

Quality inspection
Production batches are reviewed against the required specifications before being approved for packing and shipment.

Export & delivery
Approved products are packed, prepared for international shipment and coordinated through the supply chain to the destination.

Every production run is checked against its requirements.
